“But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” – 1 Corinthians 2:14

They call their belief a sign of intelligence, but deem ours to be a symptom of stupidity; yet both propositions require faith. Of course, they will argue that they have stronger evidence for their evolutionary theory than we have for our belief in God. But what about the evidence of biblical archeology and fulfilled prophecy? Why do they ignore these things?
Truth is, we have plenty of evidence to support our worldview, evidence that is far more convincing than theirs. In fact, if they would actually humble themselves and take an honest look at our evidence, they would likely find Jesus and lose their atheism in the process!
Prophecy and The Bible
The following video proves that the Bible isn’t just any ordinary book, but that it is of divine origin.
The Inevitability of Absolute Morality
In order to be true to their worldview, Atheists must not agree that there is such a thing as absolute morality. For an Atheist can’t argue that God doesn’t exist while espousing the idea that absolute morals exist at the same time, without denying the claims of their Atheism. Of course, Atheists know this, and that is why they reject the idea that there is such a thing as absolute morality.
But as C.S. Lewis brilliantly pointed out in Mere Christianity, Atheists often deny their own worldview by declaring certain types of behavior to be ‘unfair’ or ‘not right’. Yet, when speaking in terms of morality, there couldn’t be any ‘rightness’ or ‘fairness’ in behavior without there being some absolute standard by which to differentiate ‘rightness’ from ‘wrongness’ and ‘justice’ from ‘injustice’.
Hence, as soon as Atheists make such moral claims, so as to say something isn’t right or fair, they inadvertently tear their Atheism to shreds, thus making an appeal to absolute morality!
A Deeper Look
Professor Walter Veith was an atheist who turned to Christianity. He put together a series of videos dealing with the atheist’s claims, which you can watch here: The Genesis Conflict
