Do you think your life is a mess? Could it be that things aren’t moving in the direction you would like because you aren’t following God’s directions? People are quick to ask for God’s blessing, but often negligent to live the kind of life that is pleasing to Him.

Indeed, words like this cut at the heart. However, sometimes it’s necessary to hear a shout rather than a gentle whisper, because the state of our slumber is too deep to awaken from with a soft message.

God doesn’t bless acts of disobedience; He blesses those who seek and obey His voice. Have you been seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness in everything?

Ask God to reveal the true condition of your heart to you, and commit yourself to making changes in your life where He leads. Your life will get better, but not without allowing God to be at the center of your thoughts.
