A fool assumes his way is always right, but he who is wise listens to others. (Proverbs 12:15)
Trying to reason with an irrational person is pointless, as such discussions always end with them feeling they are right, and assuming you are wrong. When a person refuses to address your concerns rationally, just walk away and do something more productive with your time.
