Escape the Devil's Sandbox

“And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” – 2 Corinthians 11:14 KJV

“Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” – Revelation 14:7 KJV

Let us not neglect to do the work that God is calling us to carry out. The time is ripe to be quick to listen and slow to speak; it’s time to put away childish things and become all that we are meant to be in Christ. Many are looking for signs and wonders in order to read the times, but they are neglecting to examine their hearts in light of the love of Jesus Christ, to see if they are truly walking with Him or if they are hypocrites, merely attempting to benefit from using His name (Matthew 7:21-23).

Indeed, Satan has many faces and tactics by which to deceive and destroy those who are immature in the faith. Thus, he has a hold on many who should have eyes to see; yet they are blind because they won’t stop playing in his sandbox. That is, they won’t do what is needed to ensure that they are really where they ought to be with Christ.

Grave evil is approaching! Only those who have allowed the LORD to sanctify their hearts and minds will be able to withstand its power. Those who have refused to allow God to sanctify them will be swept away into oblivion.

“Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” – 1 Corinthians 10:12 KJV

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” – Matthew 7:21-23 KJV

My purpose is not to tickle your ears but to sound the trumpet of warning. Many are asleep. It’s time to wake up and follow Jesus Christ! It’s time to get serious about God!

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.” – 2 Timothy 2:15-16 KJV
