And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)

God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love Him. Do you believe this? People often say they do but live as though they don’t. They get impatient with God and try to deal with their problems on their own. As a result, they make a bigger mess of things. If only they would wait a little longer, they would surely see that God’s solutions are better than theirs, and thus they would spare themselves of much suffering.

It’s not for us to figure out how God is going to clean up a mess, but to trust that He will make things better. Remember, God doesn’t ask anyone to do anything without the intent to make something good happen. Indeed, you can expect good things to come from a good God!

Therefore, give your mess to God. No one can clean a mess up better than He can. For not only can He totally wipe it out, He can make something good come out of it. Place your trust in Yahweh. He won’t disappoint you!
