Conversion

Tired of struggling through life
Stumbling at every turn
Encountering tales which cut like a knife

Looking for something more
But the lot has been dealt
No longer do I want what I’ve always felt

Many try to convince me that God doesn’t care
Yet He withheld nothing that is good
Through Jesus His love He did freely share

I will place my trust in Him
And seek to do what is right
It’s better to believe than to accept a miserable plight

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
He is worthy of all praise
Where His voice is heard blessings are rife

Thank You Jesus for what You have done
To You I will lift up my voice and sing
For You are my Heart of hearts and my King
